I completed my undergraduate at the University of Michigan, here in Ann Arbor, with a degree in Economics. I, then, earned my MBA at the University of Chicago.
When you took over as CEO, you must have done a self-assessment of the business.
What were the strengths you saw at Domino’s? What were the areas you wanted to see improve?
I’d already worked here for thirteen years, so that it wasn’t like I needed to separately step back, when I became CEO.
